Vood ("we", "our", "us") operates the Nox mobile application. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

2. Local Data Storage

Nox stores all your personal data exclusively on your device (local storage). We do not operate any server or external database. Your data never leaves your phone and is never transmitted to us.

This means that if you uninstall the app or switch devices, your data will be lost as it is not backed up anywhere outside your phone.

3. Analytics (PostHog)

We use PostHog to analyze app usage and improve your experience. PostHog may collect the following data in an anonymized manner:

• Usage events (screens visited, features used, actions performed).
• Technical information (device type, OS version, app version).
• An anonymous identifier to distinguish users without personally identifying them.

4. Subscription Data

Subscription management is handled by third-party services:

• RevenueCat: manages the verification and status of your subscription. See their Privacy Policy.
• Google Play: processes your subscription payment. We never have access to your banking or credit card information.

5. Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect any of the following:

• Personally identifiable information (name, email, address, phone number).
• Location data.
• Payment information.
• Cookies or advertising identifiers.

6. Data Sharing

We never sell your data. The only data shared with third parties is:

• Anonymized analytics data sent to PostHog.
• Subscription data processed by RevenueCat and Google Play.

7. Your Rights

In accordance with GDPR and applicable laws, you may contact us at any time regarding your data. Since your usage data is stored locally on your device, you retain full control: you can delete it by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's data in your phone settings.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Nox app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Nox is a mobile application developed by Vood. The app may offer both free features and premium features accessible through a paid subscription.

3. Subscriptions

Some features of Nox require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• Payment is charged through Google Play at the time of purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Google Play account settings.
• No refunds will be granted for the current subscription period after cancellation.

4. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled beforehand. Any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited upon subscribing to a paid plan.

5. Intellectual Property

The Nox app, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is the exclusive property of Vood. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is." Vood does not guarantee that the app will be error-free or available without interruption. In no event shall Vood be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

7. Changes to Terms

Vood reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the app after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Termination

Vood may suspend or terminate your access to the app in the event of a violation of these terms, without prior notice or compensation.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of France.
